On the Fire TV home screen, go to Find > Search and install the free Downloader app.
Open Settings > My Fire TV > Developer options and allow Install unknown apps for Downloader. Don’t see Developer options? Go to Settings > My Fire TV > About and click your device name seven times.
Open Downloader and enter the download address for IPTV Smarters Pro that we send you on WhatsApp.
Install the app, open IPTV Smarters Pro and choose Login with Xtream Codes API.
Enter any name, then the username, password and server URL from your WhatsApp message, and tap Add User.

Samsung (Tizen) and LG (webOS) TVs use an IPTV player from the TV’s own app store. Activation works with your TV’s MAC address.
Open the app store on your TV: Apps on Samsung or LG Content Store on LG. Search for IBO Player and install it.
Open IBO Player. The app shows your MAC address (Device ID) and device key on screen.
Take a photo of that screen and send it to us on WhatsApp.
We add your playlist to the app. Restart IBO Player and your channels appear.

Open Google Play and install TiviMate IPTV Player (on TVs) or IPTV Smarters Pro (on phones and tablets).

Enter the server URL, username and password from your WhatsApp message.

On your computer, the free VLC media player plays your channel list right away.
Download VLC media player for free from the official VideoLAN website and install it.
Open VLC and choose Media > Open Network Stream on Windows or File > Open Network on Mac.
Paste the M3U link from your WhatsApp message and click Play.
Open the playlist view to browse and switch channels.

Quick fixes for the most common setup problems.
Check for typos, extra spaces and upper or lower case, especially in the server URL. Copy and paste the details from WhatsApp if you can. Still not working? Send us a photo of the screen.
The TV guide (EPG) can take a few minutes to load the first time. Restart the app. In TiviMate or Smarters you can also update the EPG manually in the settings.
Use Ethernet or the 5 GHz Wi-Fi band, restart your router and device, and pause big downloads. Clearing the app cache can also help.
Make sure Install unknown apps is turned on for Downloader under Settings, My Fire TV, Developer options. Also check that your Firestick has enough free storage.
Yes, you can install the app on several devices and log in with the same details. Each plan streams on one device at a time. Extra connections are available on request.
